PARADISO offers warehouse spaces for rent ranging from 477 m² to 9,500 m² in an industrial area located in Mliečany near Dunajská Streda. In addition to rental opportunities, the following services are available: storage with inventory tracking, loading and unloading of trucks and containers using forklifts, gantry cranes with a lifting capacity of 3.2 tons, and a mobile ramp.

The indoor warehouse spaces are complemented by extensive outdoor paved areas, offering possibilities for transshipment of goods, parking for trucks, or outdoor storage of goods.

Key advantages of the warehouses include the site's immediate proximity to the METRANS container terminal—the largest operator in Europe—as well as access to a public customs warehouse, the nearby R7 expressway and primary road No. 63, and convenient access to both the Austrian and Hungarian borders.
